RuhiTek is an app developer based in Kolkata, India. This policy covers the apps published by RuhiTek on Google Play and on the web, and this website.
Personal apps such as Paisa Patra and Daleel save everything you enter (expenses, bills, notes, settings) only on your phone. This data is not sent to RuhiTek or anyone else. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted unless you made a backup.
When you create a backup, the file is saved where you choose (for example your phone storage, Google Drive or WhatsApp). RuhiTek cannot see these files. App lock PINs are never included in backups.
Some apps for businesses (such as ordering, booking or shop-manager apps) need an online account so orders can reach the business. In these apps we collect only what is needed to make them work — for example name, phone number, address for delivery and order details. This data is stored on secure cloud servers, is visible only to you and the business you deal with, and is never sold.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
You can delete your data at any time from inside the app or by uninstalling it. For apps with online accounts, email us and we will delete your account and data.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
